Dementia support and risk reduction surveys

We all know of a family that has been affected by dementia – it may be our own – and we know of the challenges presented by this diagnosis. The Ku-ring-gai Dementia Alliance and Council are working to create a Dementia Friendly Community by:

  • Providing information and support through expos and seminars
  • Encouraging accessible social opportunities
  • Collating and distributing printed and online resources
  • De-stigmatising dementia in the community.

To help us to understand exactly what is needed for people to live well with dementia, we would appreciate your input, via the surveys below, regarding your awareness of existing supports and services for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

The three surveys cover dementia support in Ku-ring-gai, early onset dementias and chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). Each survey takes 2 to 3 minutes to complete, and you can do all or any of the three.
