Lindfield Village Hub
The Lindfield Village Hub is one of the largest urban renewal projects Council has undertaken in its 100 year history.
Located on the western edge of the Lindfield centre, the Hub will be a mix of green open space and community buildings including a library and community centre, underground car park, green public spaces, a town square, new housing, dining and retail outlets.
When completed the Lindfield Village Hub will offer an attractive and dynamic urban village in the heart of Lindfield, close to transport.
Lindfield Village Hub is the first major project to be launched as part of the award-winning Activate Ku-ring-gai development program which includes future town centre revitalisation for Turramurra, St Ives, Pymble, Gordon, and Roseville centres.
UPDATE 21 August:
At the Council Meeting on Tuesday 20 August, Council approved lodgement of the planning proposal for the multi-million revitalisation of the western side of Lindfield centre, based on a nine-storey height limit.
