Council is seeking comment from the community on the draft Ku-ring-gai Local Centres Development Control Plan (DCP) – Amendment to Part 14B Turramurra Local Centre.
The draft DCP Part 14B seeks to amend controls to Precinct T1 (Pacific Hwy and Ray St) within the Turramurra local centre to be consistent with the Turramurra Hub Masterplan which Council adopted on 7 February 2017.
The amendment seeks to align the DCP Part 14B with Council’s 7 February 2017 resolution and adopted Turramurra Hub Masterplan. The DCP amendments are proposed to Part 14B Turramurra Local Centre and specifically to Precinct T1 (Pacific Hwy and Ray St). No other amendments to the DCP are proposed.

The draft DCP document and supporting information will be on public exhibition from Friday 15 September 2017 to Monday 23 October 2017.

- Draft Part 14R.4 – Turramurra Community Hub Masterplan – inserted into the DCP (pdf. 10MB)
The amended Part 14B will replace Part 14B of the existing Ku-ring-gai Local Centres DCP.
The Turramurra Community Hub Masterplan, referenced in the amended Part 14B, will be inserted into Part 14R.4 of the Ku-ring-gai Local Centres DCP.
No other amendments are proposed.
