About the project
Council is seeking comment from the community on a revised draft voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the dedication of land along the rear frontage to Fitzsimons Lane of 900 Pacific Highway Gordon. This will allow the future widening Fitzsimons Lane and will support the future delivery of public domain upgrades.
The adjoining properties on either side of 900 Pacific Highway Gordon being 904-914 Pacific Highway Gordon and 870-898 Pacific Highway Gordon are already the subject of similar Planning Agreements.
The revised draft Planning Agreement is on public exhibition from Friday 6 April 2018 to Friday 4 May 2018 inclusive.
