Draft Planning Agreement for the dedication of land in Post Office Lane, rear of 1017 Pacific Highway Pymble and provision of public access

About the project

Council is seeking comment from the community on a draft voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the dedication of land along the rear frontage to Post Office Lane of the development site at 1017 Pacific Highway, Pymble.  This will allow the future widening of Post Office Lane and will support the future delivery of public domain upgrades. The draft Planning Agreement also includes details of a proposed easement for future public access between the Pacific Highway and Post Office Lane.


The draft Planning Agreement is on extended public exhibition from Friday 15 December 2017 to Friday 2 February 2018 inclusive.
