About the project
Council is seeking comment from the community on a draft voluntary Planning Agreement to facilitate the partial delivery of a road link between Moree Street and Dumaresq Street Gordon in association with the adjoining development located at 29, 29A and 31 Moree Street Gordon.
The draft Planning Agreement is on public exhibition from Thursday 23 March 2017 to Thursday 20 April 2017.
A hard copy of the exhibition documents is also available to view at Customer Services, Level 4, 818 Pacific Highway, Gordon.

Please note that only part of the road link is intended to be delivered by under this draft Planning Agreement. That part of the road link adjoining the proposed development in Dumaresq Street is being delivered by that developer under a previously executed planning agreement. This draft Planning Agreement makes provision for the extent of the works to be undertaken by this developer to be determined.
