About the project

Council is seeking comment from the community on the Planning Proposal to amend the Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 to rezone 21 Lorne Avenue, Killara from R2 Low Density Residential to R4 High Density Residential, and associated amendments to the development standards.

The Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition from 6 April 2017 to 5 May 2017.
