Planning Proposal to remove 4 heritage items from the heritage list

About the project

Council is seeking comment from the community on the Planning Proposal to amend the Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 to amend Part 1 of Schedule 5 to remove 4 properties from the heritage list and the heritage map, those properties being:

  • 36 Carlotta Avenue, Gordon
  • 7 Grosvenor Street, Wahroonga
  • 17 Bangalla Street, Warrawee
  • 14 Warrangi Street, Turramurra

A Planning Proposal is the process that Council follows to make changes to the Local Environmental Plan (LEP). The LEP is a legal document that specifies which land uses are permitted and what development can occur.
