Draft Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2013

Draft Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2013 is still a matter for consideration for all development on land within a Deferred Area in conjunction with the Ku-ring-gai Planning Scheme Ordinance.

The draft LEP was prepared in accordance with the NSW Government’s Standard Instrument LEP.
