Draft Planning Agreement for the dedication of land in Havilah Lane at the rear of 55, 55 and 55A Lindfield Avenue Lindfield

About the project

Council is seeking comment from the community on a draft voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the dedication of land along the rear frontage to Havilah Lane of 51, 55 and 55A Lindfield Avenue Lindfield.  This will allow the future widening Havilah Lane and will support the future delivery of public domain upgrades.

The adjoining properties on the Kochia Lane side of the subject site also have a widened frontage to Havilah Lane.

The revised draft Planning Agreement is on public exhibition from Thursday 5 July 2018 to Friday 3 August 2018 inclusive.
