Council is seeking comment from the community on a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the subdivision and divestment of land along the rear frontage to Larkin Lane of Part 62, 64 & 66 Pacific Highway Roseville.
This will allow the incorporation of the land within the larger Memorial Club site with provision for a public access over the land. Public access is to be provided for by way of a Right of Footway and a Right of Carriageway. A positive covenant for the maintenance of the public way is also provided for.

The draft Planning Agreement is on public exhibition from Thursday 31 October 2019 to Friday 29 November 2019 inclusive.
Please note that the proposed divestment land is shown in the draft Plan of Subdivision at within the Planning Agreement document.
