Revised Access and Disability Inclusion Plan

About the project

Council invites local residents, service providers and businesses to comment on its revised Access and Disability Inclusion Plan 2019-2023.

The Plan explains why we need to address access and inclusion issues and how we can help all community members to feel more connected and to participate fully within the community.

The inclusion plan covers several key areas:

  • Key laws and Council policies that underpin the work we are doing.
  • How we developed an action plan to make Ku-ring-gai an accessible and inclusive community.
  • The action plan, which lists what each Council department needs to do to get the results we need.

The Access and Disability Inclusion Plan is open for consultation from 1 July to 29 July 2019.

A hard copy of the Plan will be on display at Council’s Customer Service Counter, Level 4, 818 Pacific Highway, Gordon.
