Our libraries offer fantastic events to encourage your kids to learn, explore and grow!

Meet me at the library with Illustrator Tannya Harricks

Come along to the library and meet local children’s illustrator Tannya Harricks.

Tannya will be chatting about her work as an illustrator, how she came to be one and the process from script to finished illustrations when working on a picture book. With reference materials, rough sketches and original illustrations to show, Tannya will unravel the creative process behind her work as an illustrator.

A fun expressive painting activity will follow in the Secret Garden where children can create our own Australian landscape in paint.

Books will be available for purchase and signing.
