KYDS Youth Development Service

KYDS is a not-for-profit community organisation that provides early intervention, counselling and support for young people and families at risk on the North Shore. It's free and confidential.

Important resources

With the current climate please see below some important resources for those that are in need of help:

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury - phone counsellors are available 24/7 to offer assistance to those experiencing distress.

Beyond Blue Support Services - call or chat online with a trained mental health professional. They'll be there to listen, offer support and point you in the right direction.

Kids Helpline - a free, private and confidential telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people between five and 25.

eHeadspace - free online and telephone support and counselling to young people 12 - 25 and their families and friends.

Streetwork - support for vulnerable young people in the community to turn their lives around.

Beyond Abilities - Beyond the Broadband program will be offering group and individualised sessions that will not only build skills, but help you to maintain a positive mindset while we remain isolated.
