Pull out the leg warmers and dust off your very best fluoro as Twilight Concert rewinds to the eighties. It's all going down in Wahroonga Park this October. Day rolls into night as we roll back the years to the decade of shoulder pads, mullets and the greatest music the world has ever heard.
When: Saturday 21 October 2017, 5pm - 8pm.
Venue: Wahroonga Park
Entertainment: Enjoy an evening full of your favourite 80s songs with performances from John Farnham Tribute Band and Big City Beat, covering the hits from the fluro and rock decade.
Food & Wine: Pack a picnic, or browse the variety of food, coffee and wine stalls. Please note: this is a glass-free event, so remember to bring your own plastic wine glass.
Transport: Wahroonga Park is located opposite Wahroonga train station, Council recommends catching public transport to the event.
Parking: Limited parking is available in the surrounding streets.
Seating: There is no seating provided, please bring a picnic blanket or chairs. The audience seating area is separated into two sections, the front section is for picnic blankets and low style chairs, and the rear section is for high back chairs and prams.
Accessibility: Accessible toilet is available in the park.
The best entrance for wheelchair / pram access is via the footpath on either Illoura Ave or Millewa Ave.
Please note: The majority of the park surface is grass, however there are some footpaths located within the park.
First Aid Services will be provided at the event by the St John Ambulance.
