Meals on Wheels

We need drivers to deliver meals to frail elderly people on weekdays for a few hours once a month.

Easy care gardening

Do you love the outdoors? We need volunteers to help in small friendly teams to create low maintenance gardens for frail elderly people living in the community.

Neighbourhood aid

Help a frail older person stay independent. We need drivers to provide transport to appointments and shopping, and volunteers for social visits. You can do this in the evenings or at weekends in the Ku-ring-gai and Hornsby areas.

Day Centre Assistant

Volunteers are needed to assist with activities and to socialise with participants in aged care centres in Wahroonga, North Turramurra and Waitara. Some of these activities are run specifically for dementia patients.
