From the company that brought Twelfth Night to the Wildflower Garden last year comes Shakespeare's magical comedy - A Midsummer Night's Dream.
In a delightful outdoor garden setting at Lambert's Clearing, patrons will be able to picnic from 3pm with the show commencing at 5pm.
On a Midsummer's night, four young lovers find themselves wrapped in the dream-like arms of an enchanted forest where sprites play and fairies rule. While a feuding Fairy King and Queen are at war, their paths are crossed by Bottom, Quince and their bumbling mates presenting a play within a play.
Leading mischief-maker Puck is on-hand to ensure that the course of true love is anything but smooth, and games of fantasy, love and dreams ensue in Shakespeare's most wondrous comedy.
Two x 50 minute acts with a 20 minute interval.
