About

Would you like to remove yourself for a while from the “busy-ness” of the everyday so as to improve your wellness and serenity?

Qi Gong draws on ideas of Taoism that develop harmony through gentle flowing movements, deep breathing and calm mental focus.

The aim is to achieve relaxation, fitness, balance and increased vitality.

Other benefits may include improvements in general mood, and decrease in stress, anxiety and depression.

Our tutor Kang Ja Lee, who has 3rd level Shibashi Qigong and yoga meditation qualifications, has run falls prevention and other rehabilitation programs throughout Northern Sydney.
