Scott Clarkson, innovative building specialist, will be our MC for the afternoon followed by a host of guest speakers and specialists:

  • Andy Lemann is the creator of Greeny Flat  - a small house striving to be energy positive, affordable; low-maintenance; water-conserving; fire-resistant and much more.
  • Christina Silman is a Sustainability Assessor who will explain how recent changes have impacted on NATHERS ratings.
  • Shaila Diwakarla will explain the Architect – Assessor – Council – Certifier process and how small actions can made a difference for liveability and thermal comfort.
  • Melissa Neighbour will outline the Liveability Real Estate Framework, backed by CSIRO, to help you identify 17 features in a home that deliver health, efficiency, comfort and community.
  • Dominic Ogburn specialises in building diagnostics, pre-purchase property inspections and defect reports.
  • Local residents, David Mills and David Malicki, will share their stories of building and living sustainably in Ku-ring-gai.
