"KMC Fitness Centre
...in relation to a lack of a safe pedestrian crossing in the fitness Centre Car Park, at West Pymble. May I take the time to not only commend you on the improvement works that have been undertaken, but to also applaud Ku-ring-gai Council on an excellent investment of ratepayer's funds."

"A big thank you to the Council’s Building Services section for the quick response to the notification of graffiti on bench seats at 83 Pacific Highway Roseville, and at the Bus Shelter on Hill Street Roseville. Thank you for helping to keep the Roseville and wider Ku-ring-gai area free of unsightly graffiti."

"... the state of the little bridge in Bi-centennial Park which leads to the scout halls. Today it and the big bridge near the children’s playground are finished and they are beautiful. Congratulations must go the engineer who designed them and the men who built them, they have done a great job."

"I thought I should write to let you know how pleased I am with your energy smart pool pump rebate programme which I availed of earlier this year.
I have been carefully monitoring our household energy usage both before and since installing the new energy-efficient pump in mid-January. On average our daily household energy usage has fallen by no less than between 5 and 6 kWh per day, a very significant saving... The energy smart pool pump rebate programme is clearly contributing to a significant reduction in energy usage across Ku-ring-gai; and at this rate of energy savings it will also pay for itself over a relatively short number of years.
Achieving reductions in energy usage and transferring to renewables is one of the most important environmental steps we can take to counter climate change. Thumbs up to Ku-ring-gai council for your initiatives in this area!"

"On behalf of some residents of Marian St, Killara, I would like to express our appreciation of the prompt response by staff of your out of hours emergency service team...The problem was a large amount of flyers and advertising material had been dumped on the roadway and was being blown around the street. I was phoned by Council staff, who thanked me for letting them know, and said he would have it attended to within an hour or so. Which actually happened, and was done very well."
"We have been so impressed with Ku-ring-gai Council. Many councillors have contacted me. Communication from all councillors has been clear, kind and helpful as well as exceedingly prompt. I have been impressed with your council's processes and procedures, as well as levels of empathy for what has been a very challenging scenario. I would like to congratulate your council on the quality of your councillors, your obvious structural procedures and your community leadership."

"I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for helping us living around here, by transforming this corner site (corner of Lindfield Avenue & Middle Harbour Road) into a beautifully landscaped area. This is far better than what we anticipated and my kids now feel much safer to walk back from the station at night. It is because of the capable councillors like you, we local residents are truly blessed!"

"On behalf of Lindfield Junior Rugby Club, I would like to thank you and Kuring-Gai Council for enabling us to deliver a very successful NSW Junior Rugby Union State Championships on the June Long Weekend. The amount of compliments we received in relation to the Koola Park facilities and the playing conditions was amazing. KMC are to be congratulated on delivering such a magnificent venue that is the envy of every rugby district who attended."
Andrew H, June 2017
"I wanted to commend the road works contractors who undertook the re-surfacing of Winchester Avenue (Lindfield) in May 2017. They did a great job, quickly, and with relatively little impact given the size of the operation. Great job fellas!"
Jason N, May 2017
"Well done on the recent garden upgrade in this car park (car park No. 40, St Ives). Though challenging with the presence of mature trees, the new plantings and mulch tidies and improves the area considerably."
Graeme W, May 2017
“Congratulations Ku-ring-gai Council on giving us a beautiful green space with seating, a playground for primary-aged kids, plus table tennis and other activities. And this is all close to the railway station, bus depot and shops too.”

“I would like to thank Council for the prompt action in repairing the storm water drainage system that created the sink hole following the storm on Saturday night, 18 March 2017. I would like to go on record to express my sincere thanks … for their hard work in rectifying the storm water drainage problem and repairing the sink hole before the expected heavy rain that fell on Thursday 30 March.”

“I write on this occasion to congratulate and thank Council and its clean up team for the most efficient way it responds to bookings for a Council clean up and for the way the work is carried out. The silent team remove all the items and leave the area in pristine working condition. It’s a great service, most beneficial to the ratepayers and a credit to all involved.”
Malcolm I, March 2017
“I write on behalf of our family, to show our deep appreciation for your care to our area. The services we receive are immaculate in most respects, these include: waste management; trees pruning’ bush walking tracks; provision of resting areas (or islands) in the regions, etc. The reserves or islands in the region are especially scenic and convenient to the residents. It enhances the quality of life. Adults and children like this provision.”
