Free ‘Slow Down in our Street’ bin stickers available for Ku-ring-gai residents

Published on 30 January 2018

The free bin stickers can be ordered online via the Council’s website and are aimed at slowing vehicles in residential streets.

The Slow Down in Our Street bin stickers are jointly funded by NSW Roads and Maritime Service (RMS) and Ku-ring-gai Council.

They are a local road safety initiative aimed at slowing the passage of traffic in residential streets.

Reflective at night, the stickers can be placed on wheelie bins, sending a clear and direct message to drivers to slow down.

Click here to order stickers online.

For residents without internet access, Council staff can assist over the phone in completing an order. Contact the Council’s Customer Service Centre on 9424 0000 if you need assistance.

Bin stickers are limited to four per household.

The stickers are only available to Ku-ring-gai residents and will be available for a limited time only.
