Part 2 : Sunday 8 November, 9.30am - 12pm - Cost: $15
Topics covered:
1. Establishing herbs in pots
2. Propagation by division and cuttings
3. Pest and disease control
4. Harvesting and preserving
Composting Workshop
This workshop will cover the benefits of composting and worm farming and how to create your own worm farm / compost heap.
We will also cover how to use the finished product in your garden.
Date: Saturday 28 November, 10am - 11.30am
Meet: Senses Track
Audience: Beginners to moderate gardening skills
Cost: $15
Note: A basic morning tea of biscuits and tea /coffee will be provided at all workshops
What to bring
- Hat/sunscreen
- Closed toe shoes
- Gloves
- Water and any food you need to sustain you through the workshop
- Waterproof clothes and/or clothes you don't mind getting dirty
- Pen, paper and clipboard for note taking
