Come along to the Festival of Wildflowers at the Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden on Sunday 26 August, 9am - 4pm, to explore the natural world. This year's theme, Families in Nature, encourages you to discover the great outdoors with your whole family.
There will be plenty of fun, educational activities, including:
- guided bushwalks with plant, insect and animal experts
- native plant sales and displays
- native animal presentations from Australian Wildlife Displays
- CSIRO Young Scientists
- Kids' Bush Craft Corner
- Ranger Den's Minibeast Walk

- dip-netting for tadpoles
- scones and sausage sizzle from Turramurra Rotary
The festival is on rain or shine. It doesn't matter if you're nine or 99 years old - grab your hat or brolly, family and friends, and make a day of it.
