Sculpture (Night)

Tutor: Helen Leete
Time: 7pm - 9.30pm
Fee: $220 per 9 week term inc. 4 model sessions and firing of class work
Using life models as inspiration explore the sensuous, tactile qualities of sculptural form in clay. Students will also be guided through individual, self-initiated projects, exploring a variety of media such as soapstone, sandstone, plaster, resins and mixed media.

For timid beginners to advanced potters. The tactile sensuality of this forgiving medium will help find and extend your hidden talents. This flexible course covers sculptural forms, the wheel and handbuilding.

Creative Pottery - A Journey with Clay (Day)

Come and have fun and explore the tactile qualities of working with clay. This course will cover handbuilding, wheelwork and sculptural forms, with emphasis on self expression. Beginners to advanced students will be encouraged to unleash their creativity.

Creative Clay Pots and Sculptures For Everyone

This course will assist the student to develop a good sense of shape and design in clay. Suitable for potters of all levels of experience wishing to develop skills in throwing, handbuilding and exploring sculptural forms. The history of ceramics and decoration can be explored in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
